“Boy With A Joekel On His Head” is a 3D-printed resin sculpture. In case you’re wondering, “Joekel” is Dutch slang for “dog.” This sculpture does not require a pedestal.
This sculpture is part of a limited edition of 20. Each piece is hand-painted with acrylics and ink and finished with a protective varnish. Because every sculpture is uniquely hand-painted, slight variations occur, making each one special. 3D resin is a liquid resin that hardens under UV light. These sculptures are a bit lighter and more durable than ceramic ones, but they are not unbreakable. Treat them with the same care you would a ceramic sculpture, and they will last.
